Your Role: As an Associate Endodontist, you will provide a range of endodontic treatments, including: Performing root canal therapies from routine cases to complex procedures. Diagnosing and treating dental pain and infections effectively. Conducting apexifications, apicoectomies, and other surgical endodontic procedures. Utilizing advanced imaging technologies, such as CBCT. Maintaining precise and thorough patient records. Collaborating with referring dentists and specialists. Upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in practice. Create a positive and supportive atmosphere within the team. Qualifications: DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental institution. Successful completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program. Preferred board certification or eligibility in Endodontics. Active dental license in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain one. Exceptional clinical skills and a dedication to high-quality patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with dental software and technology. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a highly competitive compensation structure, with production-based pay ranging from 49% to 53% of your collection.
