Job Description We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Field Operations Superintendent to lead construction projects across various sites. In this pivotal role, you will manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that we deliver projects safely, on time, and according to our quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and ready to travel extensively to meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all construction activities from initiation to completion. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and corporate standards. Maintain project schedules, coordinating closely with project managers. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship. Quickly resolve on-site issues and proactively address project challenges. Communicate project progress, delays, and concerns transparently to leadership. Document daily activities and maintain accurate project records. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction. Willingness to travel extensively, often up to 100% of the time. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
