We are excited to announce our extended hours, and we’re looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead our crew during these peak times, especially on Fridays and Saturdays until 11:00 PM. Excellence: We strive to exceed our guests' expectations in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly. Inspire and motivate crew members to exceed performance expectations. Lead the team in collecting and acting upon customer feedback. Ensure optimal staffing levels for exceptional guest service. Foster a culture of teamwork among crew members. Deliver engaging interactions with customers. Ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. Drive profitability by managing resources effectively. Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and team members. Actively motivate and assist crew members to enhance their skills. Communicate goals and expectations clearly to the team. Gain expertise in key operational tasks. Ensure compliance with cash control and safety standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Role Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or Equivalent education. Minimum of 3 months' experience in a team member role. Reliable transportation and the ability to work rotating shifts. Completion of Shift Manager Training. A genuine commitment to customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. High standards for cleanliness and food quality. Positive energy and attitude towards teamwork. Strong attention to timeliness and a sense of urgency. Ability to read and interpret operational documents. Competency in basic math operations. Physical Demands: Regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear to communicate effectively. Frequent handling and reaching with hands and arms. Occasionally sit or climb, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for focus and peripheral vision.
