Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) (New Grads Are Welcome) Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Snohomish, WA We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to help children thrive through movement, play, and connection. This role focuses on sensory integration, motor development, emotional regulation, feeding, reflex integration, and overall functional growth in a collaborative outpatient pediatric setting. Position Highlights Full-time (2 openings) and Part-time (2 openings) available Flexible schedule with strong work/life balance Clinic-based with possible home visits Work alongside speech and mental health providers for comprehensive care Treat children ages birth-12 years Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Optional Saturdays (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - no required weekends or on-call Compensation & Benefits Up to $65/hour (DOE) 401(k) after 1 year $250 CEU stipend State licensure reimbursement Qualifications OTR degree required Active Washington licensure required NBCOT certification required Pediatric experience preferred (1+ year ideal; new grads considered)
