Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Research, Data Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to address product development challenges through impactful data analysis. Your Contributions: Utilize large and complex data sets to tackle a wide range of challenges through various analytical and statistical methods. Apply your technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data presentation to develop strategies for products that cater to billions. Set goals and measure the success of product initiatives by forecasting and monitoring key metrics to spot trends. Identify opportunities and methods to enhance products and drive strategic roadmaps based on your insightful recommendations. Partner with various teams to inform and influence product strategy and investment choices. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience in analytics, proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages such as Python or R. Experience in leading data-driven projects and solving analytical challenges using quantitative methods while understanding user behaviors and product trends. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field is highly regarded. Compensation: $147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
