Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand, is searching for an enthusiastic General Manager to oversee restaurant operations and ensure top-notch food quality and customer service. As a General Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance with all employment policies with the help of your management team. Guiding the management team by setting weekly schedules and assigning responsibilities. Managing performance through directionals, evaluations, coaching, and necessary disciplinary actions. Handling recruitment, including reviewing applications and conducting interviews for management and hourly positions. Overseeing all food, labor, and liquor costs to maximize efficiency. Ensuring adherence to liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. Monitoring food cost management, waste tracking, and labor cost control. Managing weekly and monthly profit and loss statements. Planning and supervising inventory and budget processes. Verifying adherence to audit, training, and food safety standards. Maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment for employees and guests. Implementing appropriate security measures to ensure safety. Creating and managing incentive programs for your team. Facilitating the development and training of key employees and managers. Practicing and promoting safe food handling procedures.
