This role facilitates multidisciplinary protocols, manages complex diagnostic data, and develops comprehensive nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless coordination between clinical teams, insurers, and national waiting lists. Monday - Friday plus call Must have cardiac transplant program development and/or coordination experience. MINIMALLY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience/Education: 5 years of experience in intensive care with solid organ transplant or VAD experience Bachelor's degree in nursing. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Registered Nurse license, State of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS). Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
