Job Summary The Specialty Sales Representative for EMS Clinical and Software Applications will collaborate with assigned Territory Managers and work under the supervision of the Director of Specialty Sales. This role involves engaging with existing clients, transitioning current customers between products, and promoting consumables, accessories, and software solutions. You will act as a vital link between our customers and the support team, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively while fostering positive relationships within your portfolio. Key Responsibilities Gain in-depth knowledge of the EMS industry and the specific needs of our clients. Understand the functionality and business applications of ZOLL products. Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within defined parameters. Report on activities and insights during management review meetings. Generate leads through proactive outreach to EMS customers. Promote consumables and accessories to existing ZOLL users and explore prospects in competitive markets. Increase market share for accessories, consumables, and software solutions. Work alongside customers to optimize their ZOLL product portfolio for the best outcomes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce.com. Build and nurture relationships with Territory Managers and clients through excellent service and support. Handle customer inquiries and issues, escalating them as necessary for prompt resolution. Collaborate with Territory Managers to achieve collective sales goals. Monitor churn within your account base and implement strategies for improvement. Adhere to all company policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred. Skills and Abilities Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions. Capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Exceptional presentation and listening skills.
