Your Key Responsibilities: Promote our exciting pharmaceutical and healthcare products within your designated territory. Enhance awareness of our diverse product portfolio, driving patient engagement through physician relationships. Build long-term relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics founded on integrity and trust. Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives and innovative sales programs tailored to your territory. Maximize your success by effectively planning and organizing your sales calls. Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and customer insights for informed communication with management. Participate in ongoing sales training and strive for continuous education in our innovative product offerings. Monitor, analyze, and adapt to product performance metrics within your accounts to refine strategies as needed. Collaborate with your sales team members to share insights and implement effective strategies. Adhere strictly to all pharmaceutical sales regulations and company policies. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated sales and interpersonal abilities with account management experience. A valid driver’s license is necessary as this is a field-based role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A unique and creative approach to distinguish yourself in a competitive marketplace.
