Who You Are: As a Senior EPM Principal Consultant, you will embark on a rewarding journey to develop and implement solutions for our NetSuite for Government Planning and Budgeting product. This role involves collaborating with a talented project team within the Oracle Local Government Industry Unit, alongside Product, Development, and Support organizations to deliver exceptional implementations of Oracle software and products. Utilizing your expertise in EPM implementations, you will identify customer requirements and lead the successful execution of implementation activities. Your thorough understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes will enable you to devise effective solutions for complex business challenges. You will leverage your strong influencing and collaboration skills to ensure seamless interactions with both internal stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Leverage your EPM and government budgeting background to lead, develop, test, and deploy functional and technical solutions for NetSuite Planning and Budgeting. Create and maintain Essbase Outlines, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension Builds, Data Loads, and Batch Automation Scripts. Build trusted relationships with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure timely and meaningful communication to meet commitments. Facilitate formal workshops with clients to define solution designs, demonstrating knowledge of their business environment and needs. Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support to enhance implementation tools and practices for future projects. Provide regular updates on deliverables and milestones to both the project team and clients. Exhibit creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting appropriate methods and techniques. Demonstrate strong executive presence and effectively engage with key project sponsors. What You've Done: Hold a Bachelor's degree. Have at least 5 years of proven experience as a practitioner or implementation consultant/Lead, specifically with Oracle EPM solutions. Are a proactive self-starter who builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Possess strong analytical and time management skills. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. Can facilitate design sessions and conceptualize solutions across multiple business processes. Thrive in fast-paced environments and quickly master unfamiliar concepts with minimal supervision. Are willing to travel up to 25% as needed. It Would Be Awesome If You Also Had: Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including PBCS, Narrative Reporting, Data Management, and Smart View. Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, and EPM Automate. A broad understanding of the EPM ecosystem, including integration with ERP and HCM systems. Technical proficiency in Essbase and EPM Planning, including configuration, performance tuning, and scripting. Solid knowledge of financial statements and planning processes, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
