As a valued member of our Personal Lines team, you will: Educate clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters; proactively develop new business through existing accounts and assigned leads in accordance with our established best practices. Evaluate coverage acceptability and placement, collecting premium payments as required. Address billing issues and service requests promptly, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Track change requests, review policy documents for precision, and oversee the delivery of change documents to clients. Manage all transactions and paperwork for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless internal processes. Support clients with both routine and complex inquiries about our products and services. Accurately document and respond to client communications via calls, emails, and mail. Effectively address client correspondence, providing well-informed responses using all necessary resources. Communicate with clients to gather additional information as needed to complete transactions. What You Bring to the Table. We're looking forward to meeting you if you possess: A high school diploma or equivalent. An active, valid Florida 2-20 insurance license. A minimum of 3 years in the personal lines insurance sector, with comprehensive knowledge of personal lines products. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Additional Qualifications that We Appreciate. A bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience with Sagitta and Image Right. Experience with EPIC software. Relevant designations.
