Key Responsibilities: Utilize NLP tools to extract and organize insights from our vast database of over 80 million unstructured medical records. Analyze both raw text and structured datasets using MongoDB and SQL databases. Integrate OpenAI API and other large language model (LLM) technologies for data mining and summarization tasks. Prepare and clean data for analysis, ensuring quality and usability. Conduct thorough data analysis using Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and Pandas, generating descriptive statistics and aggregations. Create engaging visualizations with Plotly or similar tools to effectively communicate key insights. Engage with clients to address questions and provide necessary training. Be prepared to travel up to 20% for client engagements and project implementation. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 2-5 years of experience in programming and data analysis, with strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, and statistical analysis. Willingness to travel for meetings and client interactions. Technical Skills: Text Mining & NLP: Proficient in REGEX and NLP techniques; familiarity with Linguamatics I2E is a plus. Database Management: Experienced in SQL and MongoDB for efficient data retrieval and management. Data Visualization: Skilled in creating impactful visualizations using Plotly or similar tools. API Integration: Understanding of integrating OpenAI API and other LLM technologies for mining tasks.
