Your Role as a CT Technologist: You'll play a vital role in capturing diagnostic images that help drive accurate medical decisions. Key Responsibilities: Perform CT Scans: Execute high-quality diagnostic procedures with precision and efficiency. Patient Interaction: Explain procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a calm environment throughout. Clinical Teamwork: Collaborate with radiologists and providers for accurate interpretation and reporting. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct quality checks and maintain imaging equipment to manufacturer specifications. Radiation Safety: Adhere to ALARA principles and institutional radiation safety policies. Documentation: Accurately log imaging procedures and patient details in EMRs. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Certifications: ARRT (R) required. ARRT (CT) preferred or must be obtained within 6-12 months of hire. Delaware Radiologic Technologist license required. Experience: 1+ years of CT experience preferred; open to strong new grads.
