Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a major in business administration or risk management, and an MBA is also preferred. A minimum of 15 years of consulting experience in the relevant fields is required, along with professional certifications such as DRII, BCI, and/or Series 7. The role demands an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. The Managing Director will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team, so strong leadership and management abilities are essential.
