We are looking for a Strategic Lead Generator to add to our team in St. Louis (Richmond Heights). This is a research-focused role responsible for finding and qualifying early-stage project opportunities that fit ARCO's growth goals. The role supports Business Development and executive leadership by tracking market activity, identifying potential projects early, and turning research into usable insights. This role is focused on research, data analysis, and strategic insight, not cold calling or traditional business development. This includes building an understanding of how different markets and verticals drive demand for facility solutions Monitor planning and permitting systems, economic development agencies, industry publications, and public records to surface early-stage project activity before it becomes widely marketed, allowing ARCO to engage prospects earlier in the development cycle Track market activity and emerging trends within identified verticals, including where companies are expanding, where competitors are active, and where demand appears to be shifting Maintain and continuously update a database of new prospects, ensuring lead information is relevant, current, and actionable for Business Development teams Enter, manage, and maintain accurate opportunity data in ARCO's CRM, following established processes to ensure visibility, data accuracy, and reliable reporting across teams Develop clear, concise project summaries and research reports that break down complex information into insights BD teams can use to grow their pipelines Identify emerging markets and growth areas that may support future diversification Support leadership with research driven recommendations, providing data and insights that inform strategic planning NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS 2-5+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, commercial real estate, or construction-related fields Strong research and analytical skills High attention to detail and strong organizational habits Clear written communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple research streams Familiarity with the construction or real estate development lifecycle preferred Background in industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or commercial sectors preferred MAKE YOUR MOVE ARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
