As a key member of our supply chain management group, you will independently manage moderately complex tasks and collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure effective operations and exceptional customer service. Your decisions will have a direct impact on our production schedules and overall performance, requiring strong judgment and analytical skills. Detailed Description You will be responsible for: Creating and managing production schedules based on customer demand forecasts. Analyzing various inputs such as capacity and material availability to optimize scheduling. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information for materials requirement planning. Adjusting production plans as needed based on actual performance metrics. Managing the implications of engineering changes to minimize risk and costs. Supporting new product introductions and coordinating resource allocations for shipments. Communicating material availability and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Providing guidance and leadership to junior team members, contributing to process development. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Solid understanding of electronic manufacturing and production planning fundamentals. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and other business tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic planning ability. Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders. Physical Demands Work is conducted in a typical office environment. Extended periods of sitting and focus on computer and detailed data are expected. Some overnight travel may be required. Typical Experience Two to Four years of relevant experience. Typical Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
