Part-Time Recruiter - Remote

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Contract Recruiter! Are you a passionate and energetic recruiter eager to connect with top talent? We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to help us build our team and drive our company's success from the comfort of your home. This is a part-time, 100% remote position! Your Role: Utilize various strategies such as networking, cold calling, and engaging through job fairs and college campuses to attract exceptional candidates. Screen candidates through our HR system and ensure it remains updated for efficiency. Manage and collaborate with external recruiting agencies as needed. Provide training to managers and executives on effective recruiting techniques. Participate in additional HR responsibilities, including advising on new HR technology, corporate training, employee development, and compensation planning. Assist with updating HR policies. What You Bring: A minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record. Preferably a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience. Experience in freelance or contract roles is highly desirable. This position requires an average commitment of 20-30 hours weekly, with flexibility based on business needs.
