Collaborate with design teams to ensure the necessary input for developing accurate construction estimates. You will leverage both your creative and analytical abilities in this role to create reports, presentations, and analyze historical data. If you bring meticulous attention to detail, extensive construction experience, and a desire to grow, we will support you in tackling challenging projects that contribute positively to society. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with substantial experience. Proficient in technology relevant to communications, estimating, scheduling, and databases including AutoCAD, Microstation, Bluebeam, Timberline, Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, and SQL databases. Knowledge of project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and/or Smartsheet. Prior experience in mentoring junior team members. Willingness to travel as necessary, with variable but generally infrequent travel needs based on project requirements. Preferred Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for client-facing discussions on complex topics (scope, schedule, budget). Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and conflict resolution. Ability to independently manage tasks. You will have an independent role, with defined expectations and available guidance for your success. A robust background in water and wastewater construction is highly valued, especially if it includes field experience. Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
