Commercial Drywall Estimator

Who We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Drywall Estimating, particularly with metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and trim and door work (subcontracting experience is preferred). Proficient in using estimating software such as On Screen Takeoff, Edge, or Wind Bid. OSHA Certification and bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory. Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Thoroughly analyzing project plans and specifications to create accurate cost and labor estimates for commercial drywall projects. Working closely with project managers and superintendents to review contracts and ensure smooth project transitions. Developing, overseeing, and evaluating project budgets to ensure they meet client expectations and project scope. Maintaining regular communication with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to address project details and pricing adjustments. Preparing and managing Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Change Orders as required. Estimating and overseeing commercial projects valued between $500K and $10M, including a variety of facilities such as restaurants, warehouses, and retail spaces. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $70K - $90K, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Health, and a 401K plan.
