Part-Time Marketing & Sales Representative (In-Home Care) We are seeking a driven, personable Marketing & Sales Representative to help grow our in-home care services through face-to-face, relationship-based outreach. This is a boots-on-the-ground, revenue-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys being in the community, building trust with referral partners, and helping families confidently begin care services. You will generate referral leads in person and attend in-home assessments to support families through the enrollment process. Why Join Us? You will be on the front lines of our growth. This role offers: Clear responsibility and ownership Direct revenue impact Visibility within a growing organization Opportunity for increased hours, incentives, and advancement as the company expands Responsibilities: Conduct in-person outreach to referral sources, including: Senior living communities Rehabilitation centers and clinics Hospitals and discharge planners Community organizations and local partners Build and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships Represent our in-home care services professionally in the community Follow up with warm referral leads in a timely manner Attend in-home assessments with families Assist families with onboarding and signing up for care services Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in person and over the phone) Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and relationship building Sales, marketing, or community outreach experience preferred Healthcare experience is a plus but not required Compassionate, professional, and trustworthy demeanor Highly organized and reliable Ability to work independently in the field Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly Conduct in-person outreach to referral sources, including:Senior living communitiesRehabilitation centers and clinicsHospitals and discharge plannersCommunity organizations and local partners Build and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships Represent our in-home care services professionally in the community Follow up with warm referral leads in a timely manner Attend in-home assessments with families Assist families with onboarding and signing up for care services Track outreach activity, referrals, and outcomes
