Revit Support CAD Designer/Drafter - June 2020

We have an immediate need for several Revit Designers/Drafters/Technicians with a minimum of 5 yrs experience to assist in completing Electrical & other Safety Systems & Integration Drawings for a commercial building project for our Client. The drafter will convert red-line mark-ups or contractor provided drawings to Revit and AutoCAD format using established standards, blocks and layering conventions. This position is a short-term contract (up to a month) with a flexible schedule and the possibility to work remotely for those that qualify. We expect similar work in the near future Keltia is a technical support services company providing Engineering Design, CAD Training along with Specialized Technical Recruiting services to mainly the aerospace and other industries in WA State, around the US, Canada and Europe. We have been in business 20 years in the US and 8 years in Europe. Revit CAD Designer/Modeller/Drafter Responsibilities Reporting into the Client Design Manager and/or Client Director, the main duties under the supervision of Client include: Produce layout drawings using agreed AutoDesk products Issue drawings with covering letters/emails as required Update required Databases as needed Seek advice from Senior supervising Client Supervisors/Managers Designers/Engineers as needed • Communicating relevant information to other departments Monitor workload and prioritize jobs Carry out other tasks and duties as reasonably directed by Client Manager or Director Requirements: Proven experience working with 2D/3D AutoDesk CAD products such as AutoCAD, Revit or another similar CAD program (CAD refers to Computer Aided Design). Preferably some experience in similar industry as Client . Ability to solve problems and issues pro-actively. Excellent computer skills essential (MS Word/ Excel etc.) Well-developed work habits with ability to prioritize own tasks with good time management • Good attention to detail.
