As a Utility Location Technician, you will work independently in the field using a company-provided vehicle, performing key duties that include: Accurately locating and marking underground utilities such as telecommunications, electric power, gas, water, and sewer systems. Documenting your findings meticulously and taking photographs of each locate to ensure accuracy and clarity. This is a full-time position consisting of daytime shifts. What We Require: Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; previous outdoor experience is a plus. Basic computer skills. Availability for overtime and weekend work. Ability to pass a drug screening as this is a safety-sensitive role. A valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces. Color vision to distinguish utility markings. Ability to read and interpret locate tickets, maps, and diagrams. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and teammates.
