Department Lead

Job Description As a Department Lead, you will be responsible for guiding, training, and coaching a team of associates within your department to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and can effortlessly discover the products they need. You will play a vital role in making operational and merchandising contributions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team. A strong understanding of product and operational aspects is essential.
