About the Role As a Senior Living Sales Leader at Brookdale, your role will involve: Guiding Families and Older Adults: Be an essential part of our community, helping older adults and their families navigate from initial interest to move-in. Collaborating with Partners: Work alongside local professionals and organizations to generate referrals from medical, financial, legal, and community leaders. Driving Sales Strategy: Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue and occupancy targets. Qualifications & Skills If you're a match for this role, we would love to meet you: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Valid driver's license required. At least 2 years of recent and relevant sales experience, preferably in Senior Living.
