Job Description Join us as a Senior Training Facilitator in the Adoption Services team, where you will have the opportunity to deliver dynamic in-person and virtual training programs for our Commercial customers utilizing Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle products. This customer-facing role is essential and will require close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to refine training materials and adapt facilitation techniques, ensuring an engaging learning atmosphere that drives user success. Responsibilities To excel in this role, you should: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. Possess a solid background in electronic health record training delivery, adult learning principles, and coaching. Exhibit strong behavioral competencies such as collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and a customer-centric mindset. Have experience working effectively with Cross-Functional Teams. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Be open to working flexible hours as required by local regulations. Be willing to travel as needed, potentially up to 100% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle products. Facilitation experience in Electronic Health Record systems. US: Hiring Range in USD from $21.49 to $54.13 per hour; from $44,700 to $112,600 per annum. May also be eligible for bonus and equity.
