As a Fuel Center Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the fuel center facility. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by modeling Customer 1st behavior and encouraging colleagues to do the same. Pump gas and assist customers with fuel-related inquiries. Conduct daily center inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness. Complete required incident and security reports as necessary. Address any fuel spills promptly and fill out Fuel Spill Reports. Organize displays and maintain the cleanliness of the fuel center. Perform cashier duties and manage cash register transactions accurately. Answer phone calls and assist customers in a friendly manner. Follow corporate policies and adhere to all safety guidelines and standards. Stay informed about emergency procedures and contact numbers. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing conflict when it arises. Provide assistance to diverse customers, including minors and individuals with special needs. Demonstrate honesty and integrity in dealing with customers and sensitive information. Qualifications: Minimum: Familiarity with industry terms and processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Desired: Relevant experience in a similar role. Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
