Skills and Attributes for Success To qualify for this role, you must have: A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with a robust academic record. Fulfill the educational requirements for CPA licensure in your home state and have a clear plan for passing the CPA exam. Excellent communication skills in English. For candidates interested in the Government & Public Sector focus, U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. The hourly pay range for this position is $36.00-$48.08, based on education, geographical location, and market alignment. Upon successfully joining EY full-time post-internship, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans. Our hybrid working model promotes collaboration, with an expectation to work in-person 40-60% of the time on projects.
