As a Client Solutions Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping customers turn their project visions into reality. Your primary responsibility will be to offer a wide variety of product options, provide samples, and suggest effective solutions, including installation and related services. In this position, you will: Listen attentively to customer needs and address their concerns. Highlight exciting current promotions and financing options available. Understand local competitors and effectively communicate our advantages to customers. Guide customers through every step of their shopping journey, ensuring clear expectations and a seamless experience. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to drive store revenues. Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Actively monitor inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and readily available. This position offers the opportunity to deliver excellent customer service while actively contributing to the overall success of our store.
