Pay: $26-$30 per hour, based on facility and shift Position Type: PRN / As-Needed / LPN Vital Medical Staffing is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic PRN team. We collaborate with hospitals, long-term care facilities, behavioral health settings, and clinics. Our focus on PRN and coverage shifts means we need LPNs who are reliable, adaptable, and confident in their clinical abilities. As a PRN LPN, you will provide direct patient care within your scope of practice. Your responsibilities include: Administering medications Monitoring patient conditions Documenting care accurately Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff It's essential that you adhere to facility protocols while maintaining professionalism and compassion at all times. Clear communication is key in this role. Our LPNs are expected to effectively communicate with both facility leadership and our staffing team, particularly when: Accepting shifts Reporting concerns Addressing patient needs during assignments Punctuality and preparedness are non-negotiable – showing up on time and ready to work is a must!
