Position Summary Join our team as the Director of Market Insights, where you will play a vital role in enhancing data-driven decision-making for Specialty Networks. In this pivotal position, you will utilize real-world data (RWD), advanced analytics, and market intelligence to propel strategic initiatives across various therapeutic areas. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will support critical aspects of product development, go-to-market strategies, and commercial execution. Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams, you will ensure that Specialty Networks stays competitive and responsive to the shifting needs of providers, payers, and pharmaceuticals through insightful analytics and evidence-based recommendations. This position reports directly to the SVP/GM of Specialty Networks and offers flexibility as a remote role with up to 30% travel. Responsibilities Data & Analytics Leadership Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks that monitor market trends, therapeutic area performance, and competitive landscapes. Leverage RWD and commercial datasets to produce insights that inform business development and product prioritization. Create dashboards, reports, and predictive models that empower executive decision-making and operational planning. Market Intelligence & Insight Generation Perform ongoing analyses of pharmaceutical and biotech pipelines, mergers and acquisitions, and cutting-edge scientific trends. Deliver actionable insights via therapeutic area landscape reports, competitor benchmarking, and quarterly analytics briefs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate insights into product roadmaps and market entry strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to validate new therapeutic area opportunities using data-driven approaches. Facilitate alignment across marketing, provider engagement, and data product teams through clear, analytics-based recommendations. Success Metrics Quality and impact of analytics deliverables on strategic decisions. Integration of insights into product development and commercial strategies. Measurable improvements in targeting, engagement, and therapeutic area expansion outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. 8-10 years in healthcare analytics, consulting, life sciences, or biopharma strategy with extensive experience in RWD and market intelligence. Proven expertise in therapeutic area pipeline analysis and competitive landscapes. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis platforms (e.g., SAS, R, Python). Strong grasp of specialty care ecosystems, including pharmaceutical commercialization and payer dynamics. Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills; experience influencing cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 30%).
