Job Description We invite you to apply for the role of Lead Consultant in Oracle Health Patient Accounting. In this dynamic position, you will spearhead innovative solution design and implementation as a recognized leader in the field. This is an exciting opportunity to guide project teams in delivering top-quality, integrated software solutions while meeting project timelines and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs to align Oracle solutions with customer goals, utilizing industry standards and your product expertise. Select and implement functional and technical solutions for complex application installations with sound judgment. Provide mentorship and direction to project teams, influencing strategic decisions for customer leadership. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Collaborate with sales teams to offer expert knowledge and support effective resolution of customer issues. Lead weekly client meetings focused on data collection, design choices, training, and testing for Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC). Participate in and lead client events and workshops as needed. Utilize the Common Rules Tool (CRT) Framework for efficient service integration and claims management. Conduct design and build activities while addressing issues during the implementation and post-conversion phases of OHPAC. Engage with Oracle tools and processes, involving multiple stakeholders to ensure the success of the product. Maintain adherence to design standards throughout the project lifecycle. Must have recent experience leading Soarian Revenue Management and Back Office EHR Implementations successfully. Salary and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of $97,500 to $199,500 annually, with the potential for bonuses and equity.
