As a Project Management Specialist, you will lead efforts to tackle complex challenges and make a tangible impact through your work. We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Management Specialist to enhance our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to translate visionary ideas into effective solutions, while owning the responsibilities of your projects. Responsibilities Engage with clients to analyze their needs and define project parameters. Oversee all project phases, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project progress regularly to clients. Provide expert technical guidance and support to department personnel. Collaborate with the project design team on engineering initiatives. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Identify and pursue business development opportunities for organizational growth. Utilize AutoCAD - Civil 3D for design, drawings, analysis, and other tasks as required. Position Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the solid waste sector. At least 3 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
