Job Description Are you skilled at analyzing and optimizing the financial intricacies associated with global cloud infrastructure? Do you have a blend of technical expertise and advanced financial modeling that drives business outcomes? We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Financial Analyst to oversee the evaluation of our infrastructure's financial performance. This role is crucial for managing and modeling our significant CapEx and OpEx related to cloud environments, data centers, and network operations. You will play a key role in developing sophisticated cost models that guide strategic decisions, major investments, and competitive pricing for clients and vendors. Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Cost Management: Lead initiatives for enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness across our diverse cloud landscape. Infrastructure Cost Modeling & Analysis: Create, maintain, and apply advanced quantitative models to forecast and optimize CapEx, OpEx, and profit/loss impacts from data centers, networks, and server infrastructures. Strategic Deal Cost Modeling: Provide essential financial insights to support the structuring of large-scale strategic deals and client contracts, ensuring pricing strategies are both profitable and competitive based on accurate infrastructure costs. Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary financial and technical advisor for infrastructure investment assessments, capacity planning, and initiatives that bolster operational efficiency. Minimum Skills & Experience A BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. 8+ years of financial experience in the tech, cloud, or infrastructure sectors. Advanced Quantitative Modeling: Proven expertise in complex financial and quantitative analysis, specifically relating to infrastructure CapEx, OpEx, and P&L within a large technology organization. Technical Infrastructure Fluency: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, including data center operations (experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or awareness of networking OEMs/providers is advantageous). Significant Cost Structure Management: Hands-on experience with substantial, multi-million dollar cost structures associated with technical infrastructure. Strategic Problem Solving: Self-starter with the ability to adjust to shifting business priorities and deliver solutions in dynamic, high-stakes environments. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams. Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications Deal Pricing/Contract Modeling: Previous experience in complex deal pricing or financial modeling is a plus (training available for candidates with foundational skills in infrastructure finance). Strategic Agreement Insight: Experience providing financial analysis within large strategic contracts or vendor agreements is beneficial. Process Excellence: Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance financial and operational processes. Salary and benefits information provided are specific to stated locations only. US: Hiring Range from: $84,500 to $178,100 per annum. Eligibility for bonus and equity may apply.
