Overview of the Role As a Director of Data Science within EY-Parthenon, you will leverage transformative strategies and corporate finance expertise to deliver tangible real-world value. Collaborating with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity firms, and government entities, you will create innovative AI solutions that drive strategic growth for Fortune 500 clients. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and scale multi-source data pipelines, integrating and transforming data assets to boost high-visibility client engagements. Architect, clean, and enrich data to empower AI/ML-driven agents and dashboards while collaborating closely with Business Leaders and C-level executives. Lead ingestion and ETL design for various data formats including CSV, JSON, APIs, and Flat Files. Ensure data quality and transformation logic across multiple sources, adhering to industry standards. Create data access layers optimized for machine learning applications. Partner with AI/ML teams to ensure data compliance with privacy standards. Qualifications You should have: A bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field, along with substantial experience in data science or engineering roles focused on scalability. Expertise in cloud-native data infrastructures like GCP/AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks. Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or Scala, along with experience using orchestration tools. Knowledge of merging third-party data and transforming unstructured datasets for AI/BI applications. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary. Preferred Qualifications Ideally, you will possess: Experience in a startup or management consulting environment. Insight into leveraging AI tools effectively in business settings.
