If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.Job Summary:This role is focused on designing and implementing advanced AI solutions. The successful candidate will lead efforts in developing multi-agent systems, optimizing AI models for efficiency and reasoning, and integrating tools to enhance system capabilities. The position requires a strategic approach to solving complex business problems using state-of-the-art techniques in AI orchestration, model deployment, and systems integration.Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy reflective, self-correcting multi-agent systems to tackle open-ended business problems.Build and manage sophisticated AI workflows with LangGraph, ensuring long-running tasks are efficiently handled.Optimize Gemini models within Vertex AI, aiming for improvements in latency, token efficiency, and reasoning quality.Develop secure interfaces allowing agents to interact with external APIs, databases, and legacy systems.Establish comprehensive monitoring and operational procedures to track and evaluate agentic behavior and performance. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Python with expertise in asynchronous programming.Extensive experience with LangGraph and Vertex AI platform.Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone/Weaviate) and LLM expertise. Industry Experience: Prior experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in complex, dynamic environments.Experience with cloud ecosystems, particularly Google Cloud Platform, is crucial.
