This role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Please note that temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but can participate in our 401(k) program. Brookdale also supports associates in their journey to become U.S. citizens by covering the application costs for naturalization (Form N-400) up to $725, minus applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates with at least one year of service. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full implementation of resident and family engagement within our dementia care program, providing direction and support to our caregiving teams. Collaborate with leadership to enhance dementia training, manage preadmission/move-in/move-out processes, and ensure associates are equipped to deliver exceptional dementia care. Develop and coordinate a calendar of engaging dementia-friendly programs tailored to the individual needs of our residents. A Bachelor's Degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of management and supervisory experience. Experience working with residents diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias in a residential setting is essential.
