Product Manager, AI Applications

Pryon is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Product Manager with a strong background in developing innovative features and driving them to market. If you're eager to leverage AI and ML techniques in the knowledge management space, we want you on our team! As a Product Manager, you will take charge of the product definition, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management for both existing and new offerings. You'll focus on one of Pryon's AI agent and application solutions, overseeing its development, launch, and adoption to enhance customer experience and capture market share. Your role will also involve crafting and executing the product roadmap for Pryon. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development of Pryon's inaugural application utilizing our NLP platform. Create and manage the agent and application roadmap, prioritizing feature delivery based on market research and customer feedback. Establish and enhance a comprehensive customer product feedback loop. Gather and define customer insights, translating these into a clear product vision. Focus on configuration-driven product development to ensure scalability and adaptability. Engage in user-centric design and development by collaborating with customers. Support the GTM, Sales, and Solutions teams by providing product expertise for scoping and feature discovery. Draft application specifications, including use cases and flow diagrams; identify necessary data sources and reporting requirements. Partner with the Platform team to align on feature exploration and problem-solving efforts. Lead Agile ceremonies such as Refinements and Sprint Planning. Engage in technical discussions with Engineering and R&D to understand design decisions and their implications. Define and document business processes affected by your products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science, to deliver remarkable solutions. Be hands-on by creating quick prototype AI agent demonstrations for clients. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting within an Agile environment. Experience in SaaS startups, particularly at Series A, B, or C stage. Familiarity with enterprise-level AI, ML, NLP, or data science applications. Proven experience in building AI agents. Knowledge of orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Experience with MCP. Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, engineering, or a related field. Strong skills in creating detailed product requirements and specifications. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product visions and roadmaps. A self-starter with a drive to meet ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of technology, software architecture, and SaaS delivery models. Experience effectively working with agile cross-functional teams.
