Shift Supervisor

Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching team members, delegating tasks, and following through to guarantee outstanding performance. As a Shift Supervisor, you will ensure all safety guidelines and training protocols are meticulously followed, creating a safe and efficient workplace. Although this role does not involve direct supervision of other employees, you will oversee Crew tasks to ensure our high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). You will also implement established cost control measures, including monitoring food preparation, following procedures, and using bin charts to minimize costs. Additionally, you may handle opening or closing procedures as needed.
