Team Shift Supervisor

As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by ensuring smooth operations during shifts and upholding Taco Bell’s standards. You will take initiative to address challenges, seek assistance when necessary, and guide your team effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that Team Members complete their assigned duties, serving safe and quality food with a smile, and maintaining a safe environment for both Team Members and customers. Key behaviors of a successful Shift Supervisor include: Resolving customer complaints promptly and with a friendly attitude. Providing constructive feedback to Team Members in a supportive manner. Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team. Adhering to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
