Communications Lead

Immediate Need - Communications Lead - STCA - Sacramento CA create graphics/text for posters/infographics, newsletters, presentations, communication and marketing/branding skills. Have experience with large-scale systems (statewide is best). Understand communications and organizational change management. Understand county and state stakeholder communication audiences and needs. Be able to suss out key message and concepts and understand how to best communicate those to the respective audiences. Be able to create graphics/text for posters/infographics, newsletters, presentations, etc., that get key messages out to the intended audiences. Be able to write well for county and stakeholder consumption - think good overall communication and marketing/branding skills. Be highly motivated, independent, and able to work autonomously. Be able to work with minimal direction and lead/guide others from beginning to end. Have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
