Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: You will interact with customers in their homes, addressing issues, and guiding them in using smart home technology. Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on using their technology and suggest additional services as needed. Maintain a professional demeanor and a tidy work area while effectively collaborating with your team. Skills, Experience and Requirements What You'll Need: Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required. Schedule Flexibility: Availability to travel as needed and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Ability: Must be able to climb ladders (up to 40 feet), lift up to 70 lbs, and adhere to a 335 lb weight limit. Customer Focus: Establish trust and create outstanding customer experiences. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address a variety of challenges promptly. Determination: Capable of working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions. Adaptability: Ease in handling changes and unexpected tasks. This position is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening, including a drug test and a satisfactory driving record.
