Senior Full Stack Engineer for AI Solutions

In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to create, refine, and implement scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders on impactful projects that align with Humana's strategic AI vision. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that streamline workflows, improve customer interactions, and optimize operational processes. Scale and integrate AI initiatives across our operations, empowering informed decision-making throughout business units. Rapidly prototype and create showcase-ready AI tools to demonstrate innovation and gain support from leadership. Conduct technical assessments and integrate AI hardware while adhering to security, performance, and regulatory standards for sensitive tasks. Guide contract engineers on AI initiatives, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with business partners to refine use cases and promote AI adoption across the organization. Mentor junior engineers and advocate for best practices in software engineering and DevOps within the team. Bring your expertise to create impactful solutions! Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience in software application development and testing. Proven experience in developing applications using Python, .NET, and Java for end-user applications, not just model development or data analysis. Hands-on experience with deploying, fine-tuning, and utilizing LLM (AI Models). Demonstrated knowledge of modern tools and technologies, including LLM, MCP, and additional Gen AI tools. Ability to manage complex technical projects from start to finish. Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with leadership experience in agile environments. Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (like React, Angular). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with DevOps practices and enterprise platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub). Proficiency in Git and effective repository management, including branching and environment handling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and exploring new technologies. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). Familiarity with Artifactory for artifact repository management. Basic understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business contexts. Passion for leveraging technology to enhance consumer experiences. Experience in leading or mentoring development teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions and leadership reporting. Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
