Position Overview: As a Summer 2027 Audit Intern at Sensiba, you will be integral in executing audit engagements while learning from experienced professionals. This internship will emphasize financial statement audits and assurance services, allowing you to assist in evaluating, testing, and documenting critical business processes, internal controls, and financial data. This is an exceptional opportunity to build foundational professional relationships and gain valuable insights into the accounting industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing various audit engagements alongside experienced team members. Participate in substantive testing and analytical procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, internal controls, and related documentation. Collaborate with team members to identify improvement areas and offer constructive recommendations. Prepare detailed workpapers and documentation to support audit findings. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in accounting or a related field, focusing on accounting. Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Preferred GPA in accounting of 3.0 or higher. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. A positive attitude and commitment to personal and professional development. Compensation: This internship offers a competitive hourly wage, with anticipated rates ranging from $24/hour to $30/hour.
