Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and nursing standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive care, embodying the vision, mission, and values of our organization to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Assess the patient's condition at admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in patient status. Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation in the patient's medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions if unintended responses occur. Provide exceptional care by promptly responding to patient requests and proactively anticipating their needs. Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up expectations, ensuring understanding of complex medical information. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Diploma in Nursing.
