Engage in inpatient therapy when needed, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the patient's recovery journey. Keep meticulous and timely records in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations. Stay informed about developments in speech language pathology through ongoing education and peer interactions. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
