About the Role We are looking for Master's-level professionals who are passionate about group facilitation, can collaborate effectively with therapists, and thrive in a part-time, fully remote telehealth setting. At Charlie Health, our clinicians start making an impact from day one, working alongside a skilled therapy team to translate psychoeducation into meaningful changes for clients. Each team member brings unique strengths and experiences, but all are expected to be proficient across various treatment modalities. We seek group facilitators who are genuinely aligned with our mission of delivering life-changing mental health care. Responsibilities Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of your start date. Check in regularly with your assigned Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at least once a month. Respond promptly to emails and Slack messages within 48 hours. Review the group curriculum before each session begins. Arrive 10 minutes early for scheduled group sessions and facilitate for the entire duration. Implement the Charlie Health curriculum and best practices during group sessions. Facilitate groups across various age demographics and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum and Support Staffing as needed. Encourage client engagement and foster a supportive group environment, promoting active participation. Adhere to operational policies as indicated by Charlie Health's best practices. Participate in collaborative therapy team meetings and group supervision sessions with colleagues and clinical leadership. Work closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, and Care Coaches. Communicate professionally with clients, families, and referral sources. Ensure that treatment documentation is completed within the required timeframe and meets agency standards. Uphold professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Availability to work weeknights from 3 PM to 8 PM MT, Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays. Master's degree in mental health or a related field. Experience working with diverse age groups in intensive treatment settings. Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities, with confidence to integrate them into practice. Strong belief in and support for group-based treatment in conjunction with individual therapy. Ability to conduct engaging and effective telehealth sessions. Reliable high-speed internet connection for client sessions. Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and document management software. This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position. Examples of Acceptable Master's Degrees: Master of Science (M.S.) in Mental Health Counseling Master of Social Work (M.S.W.)
