About The Team: The Information Technology team at Rubrik plays a critical role in optimizing business processes and enhancing employee experiences to propel our organization beyond $1B in revenue. Our IT team centralizes the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data, ensuring operational efficiency across the company. We oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secure environment, implementing effective processes and governance to support our Engineering teams. Rubrik Corp IT operates entirely on a SaaS model, with no on-premises infrastructure. We leverage a variety of SaaS applications, including Salesforce, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, Jitterbit, Allocadia, and more, to enhance business value and streamline daily operations. Our goal is to deliver swift business outcomes while maintaining 100% system uptime through agile, cohesive Cloud architectures. About the Role: We are seeking a strategic leader for the position of Director of IT for GTM and Marketing Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the vision and management of our enterprise application suite that supports Marketing, Sales, Channel Operations, Quoting, and Product Operations. You will be the primary IT partner to the leaders in these areas, focusing on creating seamless, scalable, and data-driven solutions that align with our commercial objectives. A successful candidate will blend technical expertise, business insight, and transformational leadership. Your Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Vision Develop and execute a long-term IT application strategy that aligns with corporate goals. Collaborate with executive stakeholders, including the CMO, CRO, and COO, to ensure IT initiatives align with growth objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee total cost of ownership (TCO) for the application portfolio, including budgeting, licensing, and vendor negotiations. Domain Management Oversee management of CRM platforms, Marketing Automation tools, and Sales Engagement tools. Lead Channel Operations initiatives, including partner portals and deal registration systems. Implement Configure Price Quote (CPQ) strategies to ensure pricing accuracy and global contract management compliance. Support Product Operations in product launches and maintain feedback loops between engineering and field teams. Delivery & Governance Lead a team of IT Application Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Program Managers. Ensure Agile delivery of quality application development and enhancements. Ensure data integrity and seamless integration across the GTM technology stack. Establish governance processes for prioritizing system enhancements based on business value, risk, and ROI. Vendor Management Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely service delivery. Process Improvement Drive digitization and automation initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency across quoting, sales, and product lifecycle management. Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant SOX controls, security policies, and data privacy regulations while maintaining optimal system performance. Define KPIs and provide regular reports on application performance and project impacts to senior leadership. Budget & Resource Management Own budgeting and resource allocation for IT applications in the assigned domains. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT applications management. Demonstrated experience managing enterprise applications for Marketing, Sales, Channel Operations, and Product Operations. In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, and product operations. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively. Expertise in vendor relationships and contract negotiations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ tools, channel management software, and product lifecycle management applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration technologies. Understanding of SOX compliance and data privacy laws impacting marketing and sales. The salary range for this role is $238,700 to $334,500, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits eligibility. The offered salary may be influenced by work location and individual qualifications.
