Job Description A leading commercial general contractor is actively seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent with a solid background in healthcare and hospital construction. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned field leader who is adept in managing complex, regulated medical environments and occupied facilities. Position Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare and hospital projects. Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure project timeliness. Coordinate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors. Ensure adherence to ICRA, infection control, life-safety, and healthcare regulations. Supervise quality control, inspections, and completion of punch-lists. Successfully manage projects within active/occupied hospital environments. Enforce OSHA standards and all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Required Experience Demonstrated superintendent experience in healthcare construction and hospitals. Experience with renovations, additions, and new healthcare construction. Strong knowledge of phasing, shutdowns, and infection control procedures. Proven ability to lead multiple trades and manage complex project schedules. Stable tenure with reputable commercial or healthcare general contractors. Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $150,000, based on experience.
