Who Can Apply We invite professionals from Recruitment and People Operations with proven experience in internal talent teams, embedded recruiting functions, or reputable staffing agencies and HR departments. Experience: We welcome applicants from early-career recruiters and talent coordinators to senior talent partners, lead recruiters, and people operations managers. General Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder engagement, interviewing, and candidate closure. Possess a background in reputable internal talent teams, Tier 1 agencies, venture-backed startups, or high-caliber corporate HR settings. Demonstrate a solid understanding of modern recruiting principles, including structured interviews, competency assessments, and collaboration with hiring managers. Have hands-on experience in at least one core recruiting specialty: Technical Recruitment (AI/ML, engineering, product) GTM & Sales Recruitment General & Administrative Recruitment (Finance, HR, Ops) Executive Search High-volume or campus recruiting International/remote hiring strategies Be familiar with modern Talent and PeopleOps technologies: ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) Sourcing tools and automation systems CRM and pipeline engagement tools Hiring analytics and metrics Onboarding workflows and HRIS systems Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, advising on role design, and optimizing hiring processes. Exhibit strong research and sourcing skills beyond traditional platforms like LinkedIn, utilizing advanced search techniques, market mapping, and competitor analysis. Maintain a high level of candidate experience with professionalism and clarity. Experience in People Operations (policies, onboarding, retention, culture, performance cycles) is highly valued. Candidates with proven records of quality placements, reduced time-to-fill, process improvements, or scaling teams in fast-paced settings will be particularly appealing.
