Starting Pay: $16.50/hour and up, DOE Bonuses: $500 hiring/retention bonus + $100/month attendance bonus Position Overview Operate electromechanical solder machines to assemble electronic circuit boards while ensuring production meets quality standards. Perform light maintenance, monitor machines, and maintain a clean work area.
